The company at Vesterbyvej 40, 6683 Føvling, is a well-maintained production property, based on calves and plant breeding.
The property is a former milk production, but since 1995 it has primarily been with the production of slaughter calves.
The concept is based on the concept of Dansk Calv, where delivery takes place within the age of 10 months.
Feeding consists of maize as coarse fodder, as well as concentrate supplied to ad libitum.
The company is equipped with space for about 800 calves based on the Danish Calf concept.
In 2005, barn for calf calves was constructed, arranged with 13 large paths in deep bedding, from the Danish calf concept, and an appropriate number of relief boxes for sick or injured animals.
The feeding system is dry fodder system with string feeding to machines in the paths. There is circulation on the water supply for frost protection. The stable is constructed with open sides facing east and ensuring a good air passage in the barn. There is ventilation opening in the chicken.
Older calf dial, which was recently renovated with new fixtures back in 2006. Fixed base with 20 boxes, where 5 calves can be walked in each box based on Dansk Kalv concept. Dry feed string has been supplied for concentrate with ad libitum allocation. There is natural ventilation.

East of the property, an older machine house has been built for storing the company's machines, with soil, sides of steel sheets, and hard roofs.
The house on the property was built in 1878 with the latest on / off extension in 1995, where new PVC windows with thermocouple have also been installed.
The accommodation is a total of 301 m², with a floor plan of 169 m². To the farmhouse is a larger garden.
The accommodation is heated by newer wood pellet fires. There is general water supply from Tobøl Waterworks. The sewage of the living room is with a septic tank. No injunction has been issued regarding legalization, cf. owner.
The company currently has a total matricular area of approximately 76.45 ha, where approx. 68.92 ha is the EU area of rotation.
The ground plan is based on a traditional crop rotation with cereals, as well as a smaller part of roughage for the production.
