The property includes an area of 44.51 hectares, to which is a homeless property of 10.19 hectares - located Grindstedvej 61 B and a landless property of 13.19 hectares located at Kastanievej 53 B.
The total area is 67.90 ha where approx. 63.19 ha is roughly sandy arable land. The areas of the 3 properties are located at a reasonable distance between each other and these are good real fields. Ca. 21 hectares of land at the buildings can be irrigated from their own field irrigation plant.

The farm buildings are designed for calf production - mainly in a larger calf barn, some newer calf cabins and a large straw house which is also used for production. The production buildings are currently leased - the lease agreement can be terminated with 12 months notice.
Production has previously been based on production according to the concept of Danish calf.
Acc. environmental inspection report of 01.04.2019 there is approval for production of 1700 calves from 55 kg to 385 kg.
