Empty cattle farm located approx. 1.5 km from Lunde and between Outrup and Nørre Nebel with approx. 4 km to each.
The properties have a total land area of 121.43 ha and consist of Barfredsvej 30 with a plot of 71.60 ha also a landless property of 49.83 ha.
Of the properties, approx. 113.81 ha of eligible arable land and approx. 1.5 ha is permanent grass and mowing. The rest is made up of hedges, nature, building parcels, etc. The soil consists mainly of rough sandy soil and finely clay mixed farmland.
The property has a large farmhouse in 2 levels of 200 sqm, which is constantly renovated.
The operation of the property previously consisted of a milk production from approx. 105 dairy cows and associated breeding, which is now settled.

The approval requires, inter alia, extension at the detachment barn, feed table at the machine house, silo platform, etc.
The work has not been started and the property is sized for approx. 110 cows with breeding
The property is sold without crew, machinery and holdings.
