The residence is built in 1930 and has a total living space of 110 m². The house looks just like the farmhouse, whitewashed and with red tile roof. The house is rented for DKK 3,000 / month. The house is constantly modernized by tenants.
Both homes are heated with wood pellets via stoker stove.
