Nordly is a regular plant and butchery estate, situated in a prominent agricultural area east of Vandel and Billund - the building set directly adjacent to the Randbølgård Plantation.
The environmental permit is cf. supervisory report of 11.7.2017 for the production of 9,100 slaughter pigs per year (30 - 112 kg).
The land is 22.7 ha, of which approx. 20.9 ha are eligible EU land - the rest are building parcels, shelters, nature, etc. The goodness is predominantly rough sand (JB1).
Detached farmhouse, built in 1878 and added / scaled in 1971 - appears with nice masonry with yellow facade stones, ethereal roofs and windows from 2013.
