Nordly is a regular plant and finisher property, located in a distinct agricultural area east of Vandel and Billund - the building set borders directly on Randbølgård Plantage.

The environmental permit is cf. inspection report for environmental inspection of Vejle municipality per. 11.7.2017 permit for production of 9,100 slaughter pigs per year (30 - 112 kg).

The land adjacent to the property amounts to 75.38 ha, of which approx. 69.41 ha is eligible EU area - the rest is distributed with approx. 2 ha heathland, approx. 1.7 ha nature / forest area, and approx. 2.27 ha make up building parcels, windbreaks, roads, etc.
