Ribevej 87, 6500 Vojens is a small organic milk production located west of Vojens in Southern Jutland.
The property has a total land area of 106.2867 ha. distributed on the main property Ribevej 87 with 64,1079 ha., a building without property at Galbølhedevej with 21,1179 ha. as well as a building detached property at Rosendalsvej with 21,0609 ha. Cf.. the land plan 2019 is cultivated 155 ha. primarily for roughage for own consumption, including a smaller grain area. Of the area owned, the land area is approx. 104 ha + approx. 1 ha. V.grass cf. field level.
Milk production is based on approx. 125 organic annual cows + breeding.
The main property Ribevej 87 appears with an architecturally neat and maintained whitewashed farmhouse, where the driveway takes place from Ribevej. The property is at an appropriate distance from the paved road and with a beautiful avenue.
The accommodation is furnished with a backyard with plenty of space for shoes and outerwear, from here there is access to a garage with space for 2 cars and hallway with large bathroom, newer kitchen with dining area and spacious living room. From here there is entrance with, access to a review room which has previously been used for hairdressing room / salon.
