Formerly cattle and slaughter pig property 112.91 ha, which is now operated as a plant breeding with smaller beef cattle herds.
The property is located north of the village of Lørslev by Hjørring.
The areas of the property are located together around the buildings but intersected by public roads.
The land is divided into 71.58 ha of arable land, 18.09 ha of permanent grass, 10.84 ha of forest. The residual area is divided into 3.3 ha of buildings, courtyard, garden etc. and 8.55 ha with greenery, lip belts, meadows and more.
The property's arable land can be irrigated.
Shares in AKV Langholt: 3000 hp + 2000 hp where the first installment is paid in 2019.
In 2009, afforestation of approx. 9.8 ha along with existing forest. There is a registered forest of 11.30 hectares. Acc. the owner is the last grant amount paid out. It is currently unclear how long compensation can be continued for hectare aid in the forest area.
In 2010, commitments were made to maintain and maintain wetlands. Until 2030, it is possible to obtain a grant of DKK 3,500, - per. per hectare, in addition to the hectare subsidy, on the land which is in permanent pasture and grazed by horses or ruminants. The accommodation is in a generally good condition.
The property's farmhouse is a white painted 1½-plan house with tiled roofs and plastic windows / doors. There is a living area of 479 m2. Floor plan appears partially renovated over a number of years after 2000.
