The property includes a total of 70.5 ha. located with good zoning in a unified unit around the buildings. The earth is distributed over approx. 58.50 ha. ager, ca. 7.10 meadow and the remaining part as building plot, road, nature, etc. In addition, approx. 39 ha. All arable land has the possibility of irrigation, with an associated permit of 36,000 m³. Alm. payment entitlements with surcharges.

Milk production consists of a total of approx. 102 high-performance SDM annual cows with delivery to Arla, located in a well-maintained production plant consisting of a loose housing from 2002 of 814 m² equipped with milking department with 2 LELY A4 robots from 2015, Strangko chain feeding plant with external stationary mixer and 82 beds with mattresses replaced in 2010. Coherent is a stable building of 620 m² with a separation box and 2 calving boxes, as well as a golden cow / calf section with, a section for golden cows with 20 beds, 6 common deep litter boxes, 4 single small calf boxes and an extended tank room with a 7,200 L milk tank. Furthermore, there is a barn with a garage of 130 m², 2 slurry containers of resp. 570 - 780 m³ and 3 driving silos.

The property's heifers are cared for at a heifer hotel located between Varde and Esbjerg approx. 24 km. from the property. The agreement has been terminated with effect from the autumn of 2021.

The property's home was built in 1882, with a living area of 220 m² of which 80 m² is located on the 1st floor. The home has been renovated / modernized several times, and has underfloor heating in most of the lower floor, bathroom from 2018 and with a 1st floor from 2001, which has visible beams and a sloping ceiling. The exterior of the house has a white-painted plastered facade from 2010, white wooden windows from 2007 and a tiled roof.
