Kirkebjerg is a combined mink and plant breeding property - located approx. 5 km east of Toftlund. Mink production is being phased out in connection with sales - but the property has a good opportunity to re-establish it, as there are newer production facilities.

The property includes approx. 125 hectares of land, of which approx. 99 ha is in circulation with sales crops. The arable land is mainly grown with maize and grain crops, and in addition a larger area with poplar of approx. 11.5 ha. There is partial opportunity for irrigation on the land. Payment rights are included for approx. 110 ha - the majority of cattle supplements. The area of poplar is with EU subsidies. In addition, forestry subsidies of 12.66 hectares have been committed, which must be utilized before 16.05.2020.

On the property there are really good facilities for mink production with permission for 4,788 bitches. In the period from 2014 to 2016, 15 mink halls have been erected. In 9 of the halls, the cages are constructed with storey rooms, which significantly increases the possibility of occupancy. In the former diet, mink is furnished, with perforated sides and 6-row cages, which can accommodate 4 animals in each cage. Buildings and fixtures thus provide a production perspective given the low age of buildings and fixtures.

In 2015 built a good barn, with steel plates and solid bottom. There is good height for storage. Derogations to BBR regarding earlier charge. At the former cost center there is a manure tank of 1,240 m3 manure tank and a former silage area. In addition, manure slurry on the field west of the 2,200 m3 buildings.

The farmhouse is built in the period 2014-2016 with a total living space of 148 m2. The house appears in good condition.

In 2017, people's rooms with kitchen and toilet facilities were also established in a former barn building opposite the farmhouse. The property is heated with wood pellets.
