Tenders for the entire property must be sent or handed in in a sealed envelope to LandboGruppen Nord, Erhvervsparken 1, 9700 Brønderslev - marked Bud - 100-0688 no later than Thursday 27 August at 12.00
Bids are only opened in the presence of a broker and representatives from the estate.
Bids received must be valid until 4 September 2020.

Takeover October 1, 2020.

Payment of DKK 200,000 will be deposited 5 days after the purchase agreement has been reviewed and approved by both parties' lawyers.
The remaining purchase price will be paid on 30 September 2020.

The buyer bears half of the costs for registration fee and registration fee on the deed. The buyer bears the cost of fees for his own lawyer.
Seller pays expenses to broker and own advisors.
