The farm, which is well-groomed and well-developed with good logistics and a well-maintained facility, has been pelted in the fall of 2019.

The farm has been continuously developed and the last hall has been erected in 2018. There are just over 11,700 cages, of which 3 and 4 are cages. There is room for a total of approx. 28,500 animals on the farm. The Minkhalls are equipped with automatic venting, and there is circulation of heat on the drinking water, and drinking water pipes are also established in the nest boxes. The cages are all with stainless top and bottom, and the majority are with plastic partitions.

The extensions consist of an original barn, which is designed as a service building for assistants. Garage building, where there is a garage / former fur shop at the end. Building with boiler room and well available space for various storage and henhouse. Slurry tank of 1,830 m3 from 2003, and a pre-tank of 100 m3.

The property was built in 1936 and continuously maintained, and the 1st floor was fully utilized in 1999 with 3 rooms and a nice bathroom. Ground floor is with rear / entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen with dining area in open connection with nice large south facing living room. The original fine entrance has been closed off and is now being utilized as a pantry.

The soil is collectively located at the farm, but on the opposite side of Hygum Mosevej. Divided into approx. 8.11 ha of arable land (clay mixed sandy soil) and approx. 1.89 ha §3 meadow. The remaining 3 ha are building parcels, shelters, etc. Commonly included. payment entitlements to the eligible area of approx. 10 ha.
