The property: The Vester Håsen property is a well-located former dairy cattle estate where there is today a heifer hotel. Is located in scenic area between Tårs and Mylund.

Operating Buildings: The property's operating buildings are built in marble elements, yellow stones and yellow steel sheets, and a small amount of whitewashed. The roofs are of eternite. All the operating buildings are well maintained and built in steel arches. They consist of the following:
Detached stables: The stables (9) were built in 2005 and on 1,217 m2. It is furnished with entrance and office. It is open in kip and with curtains on the side. There are 174 bed stalls with mattresses for heifers. There are grooved floors with slurry channels in the maze. There is a runway for roughage and catch grids for all animals. In the stable there are 2 separate rooms with milking robots.
Calves / calving section: The barn 7 is 300 m2. It is furnished with calving boxes as well as an area where there have been a number of single boxes with shelves underneath. At the end are former refueling and storage rooms.
Intermediate: Lit 14 is 25 m2 and acts as intermediate between detached barn and straw barn.
Strawberries: The building in point 6 is 656 m2 and is a former deep litter for heifers, which today has been transformed into strawberries. There are large alu ports at both ends.
Feeding drawer: Building 8 is 697 m2. There is a silage silo in the middle. The building is used for storage of grain and at one end stands a stationary complete feed mixer. There are large aluminum gates at both ends.
Silage area: The space of 10 is 300 m2. It is located on the side of the feed tray and not as outlined at the end.
Garage: The garage 4 is 15 m2.
Burn: Burning point 2 is 44 m2. Used for firewood storage.
Former: Former point 3 is 26 m2. Here stands solid fuel stove for straw / firewood.
Farmhouse: The residence was built in 1913/75 and with a registered living area of 233 m2. It is arranged as follows: Hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large corner living room, hallway with access to the first floor. On the first floor there is a bathroom, 5 rooms and unused attic space.
