Beautiful and well-kept plant breeding farm with slaughter pigs located Refstrupvej 35, Smidstrup, 7321 Gadbjerg.

The property has a land adjoining total of approx. 100 ha, as the seller retains approx. 10 ha of the current 110.6149 ha. The 100 ha sold are distributed with approx. 69 ha of land in rotation, of which approx. 10.5 ha with plain grass and grass for grazing. These approx. 10.5 ha for rented to neighboring country (ecologist) for approx. DKK 18,500, - / year ex. VAT, approx. 8 ha permanent grass, approx. 16.5 ha forest / plantation and approx. 7 ha buildings, fences, shell, road, etc. The owner runs the land himself.

The farm buildings consist of two stable buildings for pig holdings totaling 1961 m2 from 1974 and a machine house of 523 m2 from 1989. In 1997, the stables were converted into finishers with an annual production of approx. 7,500 slaughter pigs 30-100 kg. There are 1,900 darts for finishers. At the latest renovation in 2016, the stables were renovated with new plastic fixtures and with frequency controlled ventilation. Since 2016, 1,900 dots are produced for slaughter pigs from 30-100 kg. The permit is currently being processed by the municipality. Furthermore, the stalls with dry feeding, full gaps (drained floor) and 3 spring silos at 20 tons.

The stables are furnished with 2 sections in building 1 (see attached drawing) with a total of 72 paths of 18 pigs corresponding to approx. 1,300 dots in this building, and 4 sections in building 2 (originally climate rooms). Each section therefore has large paths of 150 pigs in each.

The stables are currently rented for DKK 200,000 / year, which is settled with DKK 50,000 / kvt. ex. VAT
