The property comprises a total of four properties, including the main property located at Højrupvej 3, Fåborgvej 51, with buildings as well as two buildingless properties.
The total area amounts to a total of 90 ha.
Production has so far been approx. 120 annual cows, and field plan 161.6 ha. incl. leases.
Of the total land area of the property of 90 ha, the land plan 2018 amounts to 86.15 ha. Of this land area is 83.68 ha. and perennial grass 2.47 ha.
The soil is predominantly of good cultivation-safe quality, but the area is approx. 9 ha. of lighter sandy quality.

Furnished for approx. 120 year cows with breeding. The operation is based on deep litter mats for the cows, with older milking parlors double 6´s Delaval with collection space. In addition, approx. 45 pcs. juveniles in split area, as well as large feed trays from 2002 of approx. 1,100 m2, with good use. Currently partially used for juveniles and gold cows.
Milking room with 6 tons Mueller milk tank. There is heat recovery for the farmhouse. Heat supply changes at farmhouse and Højrupvej 3a for heat pumps in connection with disposal of crew.
